Before you call ITLA for your CLE hours: ITLA reports your earned CLE credits to the MCLE Board for all completed ITLA seminars, webinars or on-demand programs. Attorneys should login to their account at www.mcleboard.org/ to view credits earned from all CLE providers. You can view your ITLA CLE history by going to For Members > MyITLA Page > MyCLE.
2026 Reporting Requirements
Attorneys with last names A through M – initial credit completion deadline is June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time.
The MCLE requirements are 30 total hours approved for Illinois MCLE credit, including at least six professional responsibility ("PR") hours. Those six PR hours must include at least one hour accredited for diversity/inclusion PR CLE and at least one hour accredited for mental health/substance abuse PR CLE.
Self-Paced Online Seminars is an online streaming option that allows you to purchase seminar programs and access the audio and video at your convenience. Course handbooks are included with the purchase of self-paced on-demand programs. To receive your Illinois MCLE credit for Self-Paced Online Seminars, YOU MUST complete the online certificate at the conclusion of the program, and a certificate of completion will be emailed to you directly from SeminarWeb. On-Demand programs include course handbook materials.
If you miss a live seminar, Illinois MCLE credit is also available when you view DVD’s or access programs via self-paced streaming of MCLE-approved seminars.
When you order your DVD (does not include course materials), ITLA will send your DVD and an affidavit to be completed by you and returned to ITLA. YOU MUST RETURN the affidavit PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION of the program for MCLE credit to remain eligible. Upon receipt of your completed affidavit, ITLA will send you a certificate of completion for your MCLE credit.
