Refund & Cancellation/No-Show Policy

The Illinois Trial Lawyers Association is committed to ensuring satisfaction for those who register for a seminar, purchase materials or become an ITLA member. ITLA relies on its Refund & Cancellation Policy to help ensure this satisfaction.

ITLA’S REFUND & CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

Refunds will not be made for any educational materials (course handbooks, DVD’s or CDs) unless damaged in shipping.

ITLA will not issue a refund for transcripts from the Expert Testimony Exchange once they have been shipped either via email, USPS, UPS or FedEx or once they have been downloaded when sent digitally.

Refunds will not be made for unused portions of membership dues.

Refunds for seminars and events will be made per the cancellation/no-show policy on each event brochure. NO refund NOR program DVDs or on-demand viewings NOR transfer to an upcoming ITLA seminar will be given for no-shows or cancellations after the date specified for each seminar or event.
